Shikar Dhawan makes a new record !

 Delhi Capitals opening batsmen Shikhar Dhawan also known as 'Gabbar' creates a new record in the History of IPL The Incredible Premier League after hitting two consecutive centuries against CSK (Chennai Super Kings) and KXIP (King XI Punjab) and that to being Unbeaten. However, the team could not turn the match into their favor against Kings XI Punjab but the contribution still helped the team and they stand on the top of the points table. Dhawan also becomes the fifth batsmen to cross 5000 runs in IPL. He is the fourth Indian Cricketer to do so after Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. and till now David Warner is the only overseas player to reach the mark. Shikhar Dhawan had not registered any century for himself before IPL 2020 and this year he owns two and creates history.  Here comes the most Awaited occasion of 2020 The Dream11 IPL 2020. IPL in India is a festival which brings a kind of boom in the summer vacation. It is celebrated like a festival  as it is played once in a year and so is why it is one of the most watched league in the world. 

This comes after, Since 2020 year has been so disappointing due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Covid19 spread has forced all the countries to halt their economies since the virus is deadly although now the recovery rate has increased and things have started becoming normal and here comes the news about scheduling of Dream11 IPL which will be played from mid September to November. which is going to be held in UAE this year without audience since safety of players and the audience is the first priority. The IPL governing council has decided upon setting up an "bio-secure Environment for IPL Franchises including the Players, match officials, and the team officials. The aim of bio-bubble is to keep cricket teams relatively isolated as from outside world as to minimize the risk of covid19 infection.

The first match of the Dream11 IPL 2020 will be played in Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, UAE on 19th September 2020 at 19:30 pm IST (Indian standard time).

The match will be played between the two finalists of the season 2019 i.e. Mumbai Indians (Local Ki Paltan) v/s Chennai super Kings (The Whistle podu's) the 4 time trophy winner v/s the 3 time trophy winner. 


Some of the overseas player's with which Mumbai's Paltan has Entered with in the tournament include Trent Boult (Left-handed swing bowler), James Pattinson (right handed fast bowler), Quinton de kock (wicket keeper and a left handed top order batsmen), Nathan Coulter Nile (Allrounder), Chris Lynn a right handed top order batsmen and Kieron Pollard (Allrounder).

On the other hand, Chennai super kings has entered with Sam Curran (Allrounder), Lungi Ngidi (Right-arm fast bowler), Josh Hazelwood (Right-arm fast bowler), Imran Tahir (Right-arm leg spinner), Faf du Plessis and Shane Watson (Right-handed top order batsmen).

Player's ruled out of Dream11 IPL 2020 !

Since the Indian Premier League has started just after two weeks many reports have been coming of the player's getting injured. Since all the player's are playing after a long time due to the spread of covid19 its difficult for the players to get the body back to routine. While some have returned to the playing XI after nursing the injury, while some have been ruled out of the tournament. Here is the lists of player's who have been ruled out of the tournament. 1.
