Shikar Dhawan makes a new record !

 Delhi Capitals opening batsmen Shikhar Dhawan also known as 'Gabbar' creates a new record in the History of IPL The Incredible Premier League after hitting two consecutive centuries against CSK (Chennai Super Kings) and KXIP (King XI Punjab) and that to being Unbeaten. However, the team could not turn the match into their favor against Kings XI Punjab but the contribution still helped the team and they stand on the top of the points table. Dhawan also becomes the fifth batsmen to cross 5000 runs in IPL. He is the fourth Indian Cricketer to do so after Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. and till now David Warner is the only overseas player to reach the mark. GROUNDS WHERE MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED IN UAE

The 2020 Edition of Dream11 Indian Premier League is all set to be played in UAE starting from September 19, A total of 60 matches will be played at 3 venues across 53 days. Earlier back in 2014 also the IPL matches were played in UAE but after 20 matches the tournament was shifted back to India following the conclusion of General Elections.

There are in Total 3 Stadiums in UAE that will be hosting the Dream11 IPL 2020 matches.

1. Dubai Cricket Stadium

Dubai Cricket Stadium was established in 2009, with a capacity of 25000 people which can be expanded to 30000. This stadium hosted seven IPL matches in 2014 and is a part of Dubai sports city. As illustrated by 2014 cricket matches the Dubai Cricket Stadium the pitch is considered to be a low scoring one. Batsmen will have to work harder than usual to put big scores on board.



2. Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium

Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium was built in 2004 in Abu Dhabi with a Capacity of 20000 people and about 6 to 7 matches were played in IPL edition 2014 and the venue witnessed only two 200+ score. The ground has big boundaries and perfect timing is required to hit a boundary one more important point is the Stadiums in UAE favor's more to spinners.


3. Sharjah Cricket Stadium

Sharjah Cricket Stadium was is the oldest Cricket stadium in middle east which was established in 1982 it has a capacity of 17000 people it is a small grounds as compared to another. The stadium hosted 6 match in 2014 this venue witnessed 200+ scores almost every time as it has small boundaries. And according to records 200+ scores have also been chased easily many times.
